ALA PEIT Summit 2025 – Data Room Index and Executive Summary
Compiled: 2 October 2026
Subject: ALA PEIT Summit 2025, OnQ (Paul Chapuis) and retail fixture / trade-show display manufacturers

1. ALA (A Level Alliances) and PEIT Summit 2025
• ALA stands for A Level Alliances, a strategic execution alliance founded and led by Memedi Narin.
• The Narin family: the Narin family's 25-year network of seasoned, first-hand know-how across three continents (Asia, Europe and the Americas), together with the selectivity exemplified by Panayır, is an expression of its Turkish roots.
• PEIT (Phygital Estate Investment Trust) is the "phygital" (physical + digital) version of the conventional REIT model, blending physical infrastructure with digital intelligence (Third Space, 5th Wall, HuxNet, etc.). ALA holds 65% of alliance ownership; outside investors hold 35%.
• Summit date: Friday, 22 August 2025, 10:00–17:00.
• Location: OnQ Solutions factory, Akron, Ohio (converted 200,000 sq ft former JCPenney facility).

2. OnQ Solutions and Paul Chapuis
• Role in the alliance: Paul Chapuis, founder of OnQ Solutions, serves as Head of Sales & Marketing Alliances (Director of Commercial Affairs) in the ALA Strategic Alliance.
• Responsibilities: commercial activation of the alliance network, go-to-market frameworks for modular showroom environments, and revenue strategy for 5th Wall products. As Summit host in Akron, OnQ showcases its modular display systems and plug-and-play deployment capacity.

3. Retail Fixture and Display Manufacturers (Ecosystem Partners)
In line with ALA's "co-creator, not subcontractor" approach, the core alliance members and top-tier manufacturers under evaluation are:
• Wisconsin Built (Dan Petersen & Brian Sprinkman): fabrication, architectural millwork, and structural and visual integration of spaces for plug-and-play functionality.
• Graphic Trends (Allen Gasper): environmental graphics, visual communication, 3D display production and emotional activation of spaces.
• Industrious (Peri Demestihas & Justin Stewart): real estate access, flexible workspace management and market expansion strategy.
• Candidate and alternative suppliers: for 5th Wall's targeted 200-location production volume (approx. $720M), IDW, Modern Space, Darko Inc., Frank Mayer and Associates, SEG Systems, Harbor Retail and Victory Display are listed as alternative capacity.

4. Partnership Structure, Execution Matrix and "USA First"
• Win-win model: the collaboration runs as a trust-based, revenue/cost-sharing, USA First strategic alliance free of legal complexity (a "7-word gentlemen's agreement"), inspired by the global scaling strategy between Koç Holding's Ram Pacific and Qumbet.
• Execution Matrix: the ALA Alliance Council comprises industry professionals including Carlos Pujol (Interim Chair), Paul Chapuis, Peri Demestihas, Allen Gasper, Brian Sprinkman and Michael Forrest (HuxNet Community Chief).
